The Weeknd Returns to No. 1 on Billboard Artist 100 Chart

After Hours ranks at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with 32,000 equivalent album units earned, according to MRC Data (after it led for four weeks in 2020), while The Weeknd’s best-of The Highlights, which also houses both songs, follows at No. 21 with 23,000 units (after it arrived at its No. 2 best in February).
The Weeknd has spent the third-most weeks at No. 1 on the Artist 100, dating to the chart’s 2014 launch. Taylor Swift leads with 46 weeks on top, followed by Drake, with 32.
The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
